99 Approved forms
(1)
A form may be approved for use under this Act.
(2)
The form may be approved by any of the following—
(a)
the chief executive (magistrates court);
(b)
the commissioner;
(c)
the chief executive.
(3)
In this section—
chief executive (magistrates court) means the chief executive of the department in which the Magistrates Courts Act 1921 is administered.
