220 Transitional provision for Liquor and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010
(1)
Part 3B, as inserted by the Liquor and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2010, section 55 applies in relation to an offence only if the offender was convicted for the offence after the commencement of this section.
(2)
For subsection (1), it is irrelevant whether the act or omission constituting the offence happened before or after the commencement.
