235 Application of s 13B
(1)
Section 13B applies to the sentencing of an offender for an offence on or after the commencement, even if—
(a)
the proceeding for the offence was started before the commencement; or
(b)
some or all of the offender’s cooperation with a law enforcement agency occurred before the commencement.
(2)
In this section—
commencement means the commencement of section 13B.
