239 Imposition of DAAR condition
(1)
Section 19(2B), as inserted by the amending Act, applies to an order made under section 19(1)(b) in relation to an offender on or after the commencement.
(2)
For subsection (1), it is irrelevant whether the act or omission constituting the offence for which the order is made happened, or the proceeding for the offence was started, before or after the commencement.
(3)
In this section—
amending Act means the Tackling Alcohol-Fuelled Violence Legislation Amendment Act 2016.
