257 Application of s 195E
Section 195E applies to a court sentencing an offender after the commencement—
(a)
whether the offence or conviction happened before, or happens after, the commencement; and
(b)
even if the sentence is imposed on appeal or reopening of sentencing proceedings under section 188.
