33AC Court may issue warrant
(1)
This section applies if the court is satisfied—
(a)
the offender has been given a notice under section 33AB; and
(b)
the offender has failed to comply with the notice.
(2)
The court may issue a warrant directed to all police officers to arrest the offender and bring the offender before the court, or a court of like jurisdiction, to be dealt with according to law.
