Division 1ASpecial provisions for notification of claims in relation to injuries to children arising out of medical treatment
20B Application of div 1A
(1)
This division applies if the claimant is, or at the time of the cause of action arose was, a child and the personal injury to which the claim relates arises or arose out of the provision of medical treatment to the claimant.
(2)
This division applies regardless of when the personal injury to which the claim relates arose.
