87 Time for lodging notice for existing claims
(1)
Section 9(9C) and (10), as amended by the 2019 amendment, applies to a claim mentioned in the section arising before or after the commencement of the 2019 amendment.
(2)
In this section—
2019 amendment means the Civil Liability and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2019, section 14.
