90 First notice made by Minister
(1)
This section applies in relation to the first notice made by the Minister under new section 75A.
(2)
For new section 75A(2) and (4), a reference to the amount last fixed by the Minister is taken to be a reference to the amount last prescribed by regulation for the limit.
