113 Other evidentiary aids
A certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
a stated document, of any of the following types, is a document given, issued, kept or made under this Act—
an appointment, approval or decision;
a direction, notice or requirement;
a 1923 Act petroleum tenure;
a report;
another record;
that a stated document is a register kept under the Common Provisions Act;
a stated document is another document kept under this Act;
a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b);
on a stated day—
a stated person was given a stated decision, direction or notice under this Act; or
a stated requirement under this Act was made of a stated person;
on a stated day, or during a stated period, a 1923 Act petroleum tenure—
was, or was not, in force; or
was, or was not, subject to a stated condition; or
was, or was not, cancelled;
a stated amount is payable under this Act by a stated person and has not been paid;
a stated address for a 1923 Act petroleum tenure holder is the last address of the holder known to the Minister or the chief executive.
