153 Lapsing of unfinished former s 42 applications
If—
(a)
before 31 December 2004 an application had been made under former section 42, as it was in force immediately before that day; and
(b)
immediately before 31 December 2004, the application had not been decided;
the application is taken to lapse on 31 December 2004.
