74L Consequence of failure to comply with notice to lodge proposed later work program
(1)
If an authority to prospect holder does not comply with a requirement under section 74K(5)(a), the authority is cancelled.
(2)
However, the cancellation does not take effect until the holder is given a notice stating that the authority has been cancelled because of the operation of subsection (1).
