74P Compliance with development plan
(1)
A lessee must comply with the development plan for the lease.
Note—
For a lease being taken to have a development plan until a decision on whether to approve a proposed development plan is made, see section 53D.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not apply to a failure to comply with the plan that is an act or omission by the holder to ensure compliance with an insufficiency of supply direction under the Gas Supply Act 2003.
