75J Requirements for drilling well
(1)
A person drilling a well must comply with any requirements prescribed under a regulation that apply to the drilling of the well.
Maximum penalty—300 penalty units.
(2)
The requirements may include provisions to prevent the drilling adversely affecting the carrying out of safe and efficient mining or future mining of coal under the Mineral Resources Act.
