75WL Provision for who is the authority holder if only 1 related petroleum tenure
(1)
This section applies if there is only 1 1923 Act petroleum tenure to which a water monitoring authority relates.
(2)
The authority holder is taken to be the person who, from time to time, holds the 1923 Act petroleum tenure to which the authority relates.
