75XA Notice about water observation bore or water supply bore to Water Act regulator
(1)
This section applies if a person—
(a)
drills a water observation bore or water supply bore; or
(b)
converts a well to a water observation bore or water supply bore.
(2)
The person must, within 60 business days after the day the drilling or conversion starts, give a notice to the Water Act regulator stating the information prescribed under a regulation about the bore.
