76K What is coal seam gas and incidental coal seam gas
(1)
Coal seam gas is petroleum (in any state) occurring naturally in association with coal or oil shale, or in strata associated with coal or oil shale mining.
(2)
Incidental coal seam gas is incidental coal seam gas as defined under the Mineral Resources Act, section 318CM(2).
