77P Cessation of relinquishment condition for area not overlapping with coal or oil shale exploration tenement
If—
(a)
a lease contains a relinquishment condition; and
(b)
all or part of the area of the lease ceases to be in the area of a coal or oil shale exploration tenement (the relevant land);
the condition ceases to apply for the relevant land.
