24 Application fee etc.
An application under section 23 shall be accompanied by—
a fee of $3000; and
a deposit of 10% of the amount specified in the application under section 23(4)(d).
Where a permit is not granted on the application—
an amount equal to 9/10 of the fee paid in accordance with subsection (1); and
subject to subsection (3), the amount of the deposit;
shall be refunded to the applicant.
Where an applicant on whom there has been served an instrument under section 25 does not request the Minister in accordance with section 26 to grant to the applicant the permit referred to in the instrument, the deposit shall not, unless the Minister otherwise determines, be refunded to the applicant.
