Members of designated work group must be notified of selection etc. of health and safety representative

Current

The operator of a facility must—

(a)

notify members of a designated work group in relation to the facility of a vacancy in the office of health and safety representative for the designated work group within a reasonable time after the vacancy arises; and

(b)

notify those members of the name of any person selected, whether under section 22(3)(a) or (b), as health and safety representative for the designated work group within a reasonable time after the selection is made.
