60 Definition for sdiv 4
In this subdivision—
prescribed person means any of the following persons—
(a)
the operator of a facility;
(b)
the person in charge of operations at a workplace in relation to a facility;
(c)
a member of the workforce at a facility;
(d)
a person representing a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).
