Production and inspection of documents

(1)

The Minister may require any person to produce to the Minister or to make available for inspection by the Minister any documents in the possession or under the control of that person and relating to an instrument lodged with the Minister for approval under this division or to the transaction to which such an instrument relates.

(2)

A person shall not fail or refuse to comply with a requirement given to the person under subsection (1).Maximum penalty—70 penalty units.
