112 Application of subdivision
(1)
The powers under this subdivision may be exercised if an inspector enters a place under section 101(1)(a), (c) or (d).
(2)
However, if the inspector enters under section 101(1)(a) or (c), the powers under this subdivision are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant.
