197 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it—
(a)
the appointment of a council member, the chairperson, the deputy chairperson, the chief executive officer or an inspector;
(b)
the authority of the Minister, the council, a council member, the chairperson, the deputy chairperson, the chief executive officer or an inspector to do anything under this Act.
