93 Appointment
(1)
The council may, by instrument in writing, appoint any of the following persons as an inspector—
(a)
a member of the council’s staff;
(b)
a contractor of the council;
(c)
a health service employee;
(d)
a public sector employee;
(e)
another person of a class prescribed by regulation.
(2)
However, the council may appoint a person as an inspector only if satisfied the person is appropriately qualified.
