10B Minister may require publication of proposal
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a notice of the proposal was not published because of section 10; and
(b)
the Minister considers it would be appropriate, for any reason, to publish the notice before a decision is made under section 11.
(2)
The Minister may ask the chief executive to comply with section 9 in relation to the proposal.
(3)
The chief executive must—
(a)
comply with the Minister’s request; and
(b)
make a new recommendation to the Minister under section 10A about the proposal.
