151 Stay of enforcement notice or action notice
(1)
An appeal against an enforcement notice or action notice stays the operation of the notice until—
(a)
a tribunal or the Planning and Environment Court hearing the appeal decides otherwise; or
(b)
the appeal ends.
(2)
However, an enforcement notice is not stayed if it is given because of a local government’s belief mentioned in section 143(2)(a)(i), (b) or (c).
(3)
If subsection (2) applies, the enforcement notice must state that the notice is not stayed, even if an appeal is made.
