Deciding application
34 Deciding application
If an application to restore a licence complies with section 33(2), the commissioner must, as soon as practicable, restore the licence to the applicant.
The licence is subject to the same conditions as the licence that expired.
If the application does not comply with section 33(2), the commissioner must—
refuse to restore the licence; and
give the applicant an information notice about the decision.
If an endorsement was made on the licence that expired, the commissioner must make the endorsement on the restored licence unless the commissioner is satisfied the licensee is no longer entitled to have the endorsement made on the licence.
Note—
For reviews of the decision, see the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991, part 7, division 3.
