19 Applications for surveillance device warrants—Act, s 328
(1)
This section sets out the responsibilities of a senior officer who applies for a surveillance device warrant under section 328 of the Act.
(2)
The senior officer must ensure that, if reasonably practicable, a lawyer approved by the commissioner—
(a)
assists the officer to prepare the application; and
(b)
represents the officer at the hearing of the application.
