25 Prescribed particulars—Act, s 605
For section 605(4) of the Act, all of the following particulars are prescribed in relation to a person released under section 605(1) or (3) of the Act—
(a)
the name and address of the person, if known;
(b)
the person’s age and date of birth, if known;
(c)
where and when the person was initially detained under section 604 of the Act;
(d)
the date of the person’s release;
(e)
if the person was released at a place of safety—
(i)
the place of safety; and
(ii)
the person apparently in possession or in charge of the place of safety.
