64 Removing or modifying fortifications
If the enforcement act is the removal or modification of fortification of a fortified premises under the Peace and Good Behaviour Act 1982, section 65, all of the following information is required to be recorded in the register of enforcement acts—
(a)
the name, if known, of the owner or occupier of the fortified premises;
(b)
when and where the fortification was removed or modified;
(c)
the reason the fortification was removed or modified;
(d)
a description of the fortification;
(e)
if the fortification was removed—information about the destruction or disposal of the fortification.
