Frivolous or vexatious application for review

(1)

A review commissioner may refuse to further consider an application for a review of a reviewable decision if the review commissioner is satisfied on reasonable grounds that the application is frivolous or vexatious.

(2)

If, under subsection (1), a review commissioner refuses to further consider an application for a review of a reviewable decision, the review is taken to be completed.
