58 Authorised person to consult with ADT coordinator before requiring particular test
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
an authorised person knows a relevant person has entered into an agreement under section 5A.21A of the Act for the provision of counselling or rehabilitation about the relevant person’s use of alcohol or a drug; and
(b)
the agreement has not ended.
(2)
The authorised person must if reasonably practicable consult with the ADT coordinator before requiring the relevant person to submit to a targeted substance test under section 5A.13(1)(b) of the Act.
