30 Who this part applies to
(1)
This part applies to private employment agents—
(a)
whose business includes seeking work for models and performers; or
(b)
who are managers of models and performers.
(2)
A private employment agent to whom this part applies must comply with this part and part 2.
(3)
In this section—
manager means a manager within the meaning of the Industrial Relations Act 1999, section 408C.
