30 Application of part
(1)
This part applies to a private employment agent—
(a)
whose business includes seeking work for models or performers; or
(b)
who is a manager of a model or performer.
(2)
In this section—
manager, of a model or performer, means a manager within the meaning of the Industrial Relations Act 2016, section 399.
