Inspection of register

In force

(1)

The board must—

(a)

keep the register open for inspection, free of charge, at the board’s office by members of the public when the office is open to the public; and

(b)

give a person a copy of the register, or a part of it, on payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation.

(2)

Also, the board must make the register available for inspection on its website.
