142B Statutory declarations to verify information required under the Act
(1)
This section applies if a person is required under this Act to give information to the board.
(2)
The board may ask the person to verify the information by statutory declaration.
(3)
If the person gives the information to the board but does not comply with a request under subsection (2), the person is taken to have not given the information to the board.
