15 Period of registration
(1)
The period of registration that is to apply to a registered professional engineer (the registration period) is a financial year.
(2)
If the board decides to register an applicant during a registration period, the registration remains in force for the period—
(a)
commencing on the day when the board makes the decision; and
(b)
ending on the last day of the registration period.
