22 Refusal to renew registration
If the board decides to refuse to renew the registration, it must as soon as practicable—
(a)
give the applicant an information notice for the decision stating the day, not before the expiry day and not earlier than 7 days after the notice is given, on which the registration ends; and
(b)
refund the annual registration fee that accompanied the application.
