45 Board may engage persons to help investigation
(1)
The board may engage a person to help the board or investigator in conducting an investigation if the board is satisfied the person is sufficiently qualified or experienced to help the board or investigator about the matter the subject of the investigation.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the board may engage the person to give the board or investigator a written report about the matter the subject of the investigation.
