Publishing of certain decisions on investigation about registered professional engineer

In force

(1)

This section applies if the board decides—

(a)

to caution or reprimand a registered professional engineer under section 73(2)(c); or

(b)

to impose a condition on a registered professional engineer’s registration under section 73(2)(d).

(2)

The board may notify the decision, and reasons for the decision, on the board’s website.

(3)

The board must not act under subsection (2) until the particulars of the decision are included in the register under section 102.
