Registrar to give notice to candidate and Minister

The registrar must give the candidate and Minister written notice of the candidate’s election as soon as practicable after the nomination day and time.

(2)

Also, the registrar must publish a notice of the candidate’s election as soon as practicable after the candidate’s appointment to the board.
