(1)
Sections 207, 208 and 209 are in addition to, and do not limit, another Act or law about conduct mentioned in them.
Example—Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 30 (False or misleading representations about sale etc. of land)
(2)
Sections 207, 208 and 209 apply to conduct, whether happening in or outside Queensland, relating to residential property in Queensland.
