244 Transitioned licences and certificates subject to previous suspension
If, immediately before the commencement, an existing licence was suspended—
each transitioned licence for the existing licence continues to be suspended under the relevant Act for the transitioned licence; and
the terms of the suspension continue to apply, so far as practicable and with necessary changes, to the transitioned licence.
If, immediately before the commencement, an existing registration certificate was suspended—
each transitioned certificate or transitioned licence for the existing registration certificate continues to be suspended under the relevant Act for the transitioned certificate or transitioned licence; and
the terms of the suspension continue to apply, so far as practicable and with necessary changes, to the transitioned certificate or transitioned licence.
