267 PAMDA, ch 11 continues to apply to existing relevant contracts
(1)
This section applies to a relevant contract as defined under PAMDA, section 364 entered into before the commencement that has not settled.
(2)
PAMDA, chapter 11 continues to apply to the relevant contract as if PAMDA had not been repealed.
