28 Limited property agent licence
(1)
The chief executive may issue a property agent licence that limits, as prescribed under a regulation, the activities that may otherwise be performed under the licence.
(2)
To be eligible for a limited property agent licence, an applicant for the licence must have the educational qualifications approved by the chief executive for obtaining the licence.
(3)
The chief executive must publish the approved qualifications on the department’s website.
