73 Return of licence when suspended or cancelled
(1)
A person whose licence has been suspended or cancelled must return the licence to the chief executive within 14 days after the suspension or cancellation, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply if section 76(6) or 77(2) applies.
