83 Licensees to notify chief executive of changes in circumstances
(1)
A licensee must give written notice to the chief executive of a prescribed change in the licensee’s circumstances within 14 days after the change.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2)
In this section—prescribed change means a change prescribed under a regulation.
