92A Definitions for division
In this division—CPD requirements, for a licensee, means the continuing professional development requirements for the licensee approved by the chief executive under section 92D.CPD year, for a licence, means—
(a)
a period of 12 months ending on the day before an anniversary of the date the licence was first issued; or
(b)
a period approved by the chief executive under section 92E.
