123 Person to be advised of information obtained from commissioner of the police service
(1)
This section applies to information obtained by the public guardian about a person under section 120 from the commissioner of the police service.
(2)
Before using the information to assess the person’s suitability to be a community visitor, the public guardian must—
(a)
disclose the information to the person; and
(b)
allow the person a reasonable opportunity to make representations to the public guardian about the information.
